Five Easy Steps for Weekly Diaper Delivery Service
step 1: CHOOSE YOUR SERVICE PACKAGE & ACCESSORIES
Decide which Diaper Service Option is best for you and visit our store to make sure you have all the cloth diapering accessories you’ll need. Add your chosen accessories and Register for Service to your cart then proceed to check out.
step 2: REGISTER FOR SERVICE
Check out and complete the registration form when prompted to create your account. You will receive a confirmation email and a phone call within the following 2-3 business days to confirm your account details and schedule your first delivery date. It is never too late to begin using the service, we’re here to support sustainably diapering families from birth to potty training. We recommend people register for service 4-6 weeks before they’d like to begin weekly deliveries to ensure availability. Contact us if you’d like to begin service immediately and we will schedule your first delivery as soon as we are able.
Step 3: receive your first delivery
We schedule your first delivery for 1-2 weeks prior to your due date, or at an appropriate date of your choosing. We will deliver your first set of diapers, your accessories & a storage tote for use as a diaper pail for pick ups and deliveries.
STEP 4: ACTIVATE YOUR SERVICE
Contact us when you begin using the cloth diapers and we will add you to our delivery route. (Coming mid-February 2024) You’ll receive a weekly reminder text to help you avoid missing a pick up day.
Step 5: Begin weekly pick up & drop off service
Each week on your delivery day, leave your bin with used items out by 11am and your fresh set will be delivered by our driver no later than 6pm. Requesting a size change or an account adjustment is simple and free. Returning your used cloth diapers and receiving clean ones made easy.
